KAUREX Freelance (“KAUREX”, “we”, “us”) is a marketplace that connects clients with freelancers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, company (optional).
- Request details: project briefs, files and references you share, and for freelancers, skills, experience, portfolio links and screening answers.
- Payment references needed to match a payment to an order (for example a payment reference or UTR). We do not store full card details.
- Basic usage and technical data needed to run the site, such as device type and pages viewed.
3. How we use it
- To match briefs with freelancers and manage orders.
- To reply to your request by email or WhatsApp and send confirmation messages.
- To verify payments, prevent fraud and handle refunds or disputes.
- To improve quality and the reliability of the marketplace.
4. Client and freelancer privacy
KAUREX keeps client and freelancer contact details private from each other. Communication and file exchange go through KAUREX. Only the information needed to do the work (for example the brief and reference files) is shared with the matched freelancer.
5. What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for your password or OTP.
6. Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform, for example form handling and spreadsheets, email delivery, payment processing, hosting and messaging tools. They receive only what they need to perform their function.
7. Cookies
The site may use basic cookies or similar technology to keep it working and to understand general usage. We do not use cookies to sell your data to advertisers.
8. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service is perfectly secure. We keep account and order information while your account is active or as needed for legal, accounting or operational reasons.
9. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us. Some records may need to be kept as required by law.
10. Age
KAUREX is for users who can legally enter service agreements. Users under 18 should use it only with a parent or guardian.
