1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use KAUREX Freelance as a client or a freelancer. By submitting a request or using the platform you accept them.

2. How the platform works

• Clients post a brief. KAUREX matches it with a screened freelancer. There is no bidding.
• Client and freelancer contact details are not shared with each other. Communication and files go through KAUREX.
• Scope, delivery window, revisions and price are stated before payment.

3. Payments

Payments are made to KAUREX using the payment method we provide, with the payment reference we give you. A part of the order value is paid as an advance to start work and the balance after you review the preview and approve it. Amounts are shown before you pay. Paying a freelancer directly, or trying to bypass the platform, is not allowed.

5. Revisions and scope

Each package includes the revisions stated on it. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and done only if you agree.

6. Intellectual property

The KAUREX name, brand and platform design belong to KAUREX. Work delivered through a completed order belongs to the client once payment is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Freelancers must deliver original work and must not use material they have no right to use. Clients must have the right to use the material they supply.

7. Logo and trademark work

We provide logo design only. Trademark search and registration are the client's responsibility.

8. AI-assisted work

Some services may use AI-assisted tools. Where this applies, it is stated on the package, and the work is reviewed by a human before delivery.

9. Conduct and suspension

Be honest and deliver what was agreed. Fraud, fake orders, harassment or payment circumvention may lead to suspension or termination of an account. Where possible we will explain the reason.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KAUREX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis, and some features, such as the Verification System and AI assistant, are not live yet and are described as launching soon.

11. Force majeure

KAUREX is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services or internet infrastructure.

12. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
